i don't use calling through it..

Can you please post a scanned copy of your bill or state the category in which you ar e charged.
You can also talk with the account section. They can fix the problem in a minute.
1. please use normal font.
2. H500 needs a voice plan to work with. what is your voice plan?
3. do you use dynamic locking to lock your voice call facility?
4. when was your connection installed?
5. Is this your first bill?
6. Have you received the bill? is yes please provide complete details for each elements.

From the annexure shown, you have jumped to the conclusion
that you will be charged for 2.5GB.
When the bill is prepared the free quota of 2.5GB or
2560MB will be given
from this and you will not be charged
any amount as there is no excess usage.
Bsnl does not send telephone Bills ( incorporating BB charges)
so fast !
When you get the bill confirm no problem.

BSNL does sometime like this, check in portal, have u been charged for June Unbilled, cuz if it is so....the extra amount is added in the next month bill
are you sure they charge you for extra usage ? please give your bill detail BSNL did mistake once in usage charge for me also.
