Unfortunately, as much as we would like to, we are not running BSNL.
So only BSNL officers/ Telecom Minister can give a definite answer to that.

yeah it definately helps. It helps one to feel calm as the person get assured again that we all are on same boat and waiting for the BSNL annoucement very eagerly.
