Lightbulb Some queries regarding Business 4000, the 8 Mbps Business Plans

On business 4000 8mbps plan it is mentioned in the tariff that I may get one static IP on request, One domain name on request and 5mb hosting space on request. My question is that

    1. Can I choose my domain name?
    2. How to use that domain name and hosting space?
    3. Is it free with the plan itself or I have to pay more?
    4. To whom should I have to request for these facilities?

If any one of you are using this plan or any member has any idea about my queries then please through some light on it.

Meet the Commercial Officer of your telephone exchange for clarification.

1)yes you could choose your domain name (atleast thats how i think it works)
    2) i feel it would be something like a godaddy account , where you would have 5 mb free space , not much you can do though , but a few html pages , not big files though ,
3)it should be free with the plan
4)i guess if you call 1500 or 18004241600 you will get details on how to request for one , mostly will need to write a letter
