A complaint to nodal officer and Appellate authority may help you. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill.

Better to switch to Airtel fron BSNL, though it is somewhat costlier.Their service is better and I dont think they will commit billing mistakes![]()
At least clerks or the account officer in my exchange are educated!! They know very well that 1024 MB makes 1 GB.
Whenever billing problem arises I get the corrected bill after visiting just once.Most of the time clerks did that correction.On rare occasion I had to meet A.O.
GB to MB conversion is really a stupid error and it can be easily rectified by any one in accounts office if he knows the basics of conversion.
But in my case the billing server was showing that i have used 6 GB's so they had to get the confirmation from the NIB regarding the same, but i cant make a point that they are not ready to accept the usage details available in my usage portal then whats the use of the same....![]()
