Yes BSNL did such mistake quite often now you contact with local exchange they will be give you correct and proper bill.
BSNL billing department still need lot of improvement
You need to produce
At first take one copy of print out of your usage record
and also xerox and original copy of disputed bill
If possible than one application about wrong billing
Errors do happen but the pitiest part here is you will have to waste your time unnecessorly roaming from desk to desk.![]()

hmmm I understand the meaning of NU GU FU
But this dose not include in my telephone bill.
I think some state have this and some state have not.
Exactly after a months time and making frequent followups and 5 time visit to the accounts department today they have rectified the error in the bill and have issued a duplicate bill with correct amount.
From Rs. 3,466/- :death:
TO
Rs. 821/-

I have the same problem waiting in the bag.....
they converted my free usage in MB directly to cost... 26xxMB to 26xxrs and 2.5GB of free usage * 0.80 and all crap that one does when he goes for a math test after seeing 3 RGV's movies :death:
the people in accounts hardly understand the mistake :52:

I wouldn't be surprised if you are from the same city...![]()
In such case accounts department contact the NIB for the usage details and then only they forward with the corrections if mistakes is there, you can understand how things move in bsnl.

I went to the accounts dept. today and they say that its a correct bill :sneaky2:, explaining them the correct bill is like grrrrrrrrrr, they dont even know how to convert GB - MB
I feel like :33:
Though the extra charge is 600, but why pay them for free :32:
