Thread: Frequen Disconnection B/w 2am to 8am

i've 500home combo plan
zte zxdslaii modem
remote snr margin 23db
local snr margin 16db
Local Line Attn 50.0 dB

it disconects after 1 hour or so <indefinite>

wat is the problem

problem started recently

no problems during daytime

another thing is the green internet light does not flash after dsl stops blinking
i've to go to network connections and press "interenet connection"

Most possible your attenuation value is high (15-20 db is good) and also try to connect 'always on' mode.

50 db is little high.
are you connecting through PPPoE mode ? or it's bridge mode
I saw that in this forum in Broadband how to section has already few good thread present for how to connect through PPPoE mode just search it.
