Default disconnected since 11th afternoon (panipat karnal area)

any body else facing disconnection problem?same thing happened last month when i was disconnected for 2 days.i am now using BSNL dial up connection to connect.
does it help if i call up the customer service office and complain? can the customer service guys do any thing if the disconnection problem is from BSNL side?

Call the Broadband customer care and also contact with your local exchange for such disconnection problem.

i dont know where my local exchange is.i live near the panipat karnal border.people say it is in panipat because we have the panipat STD code, but i pay my bill in the karnal office.

Dial the customer care no and try. You can ask them that to which exchange you belong to. Normally it is where you get the STD code.

The first digit of the phone number indicates the provider and the next three to five digits denote the exchange id within the area code.

Using the directory, the first few pages should be able to tell you the exchange.
