Post your SNR & Line Attn values.
Is your line clear i.e. is it free of any disturbance, noise.

Attenuation value seems to be very high. Are you far away from exchange ? Are you facing disconnection problems now ?

So is your problem solved but still your Attenuation (dB) is higher.

The SNR should be higher than 20 though anything above 10 is enough.

Attenuation should be as low as possible.

If Attenuation starts going higher than 40 and SNR going down below 10, its time to complaint about the line condition.

i too had very simillar issuies but for me SNR and Attenuation values where exclent, ITI DNA modems are not a sucess they have issues just try with any other modem if you can arrange one from anywhere.

get your line checked at your end there should not be any cuts and joints it should be a single straight wire, away from electrical lines.
