Thread: BSNL 500C Problem

Guyz...

Hi i am new to this community...anyways i have some big problems....

While downloading i was getting speed about 235 - 240 kBps....i have home combo 500c...i have c2110 modem(bsnl default)..but recently for about 3 days i am having speed about 175 kBps...when i tested my speed earlier in Speedtest.net ...it gave around 2.35mbps...but now its only 1.5mbps....plz suggest me guyz.....

Speed is not constant always from different
websites.

1.6-1.8mbps is common for a 2mbps conection

But i was getting full 2mbps ie.. dl @ 235 kBps.......

Try talking to your Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE). He may be able to help you.

Nothing much to be done for this... hope it automatically comes....

bsnl will not entertain your complaint since you are getting a decent speed.

The BSNL people says connection for H500C is upto 2 mbps with minimum of 512 kbps.
As long as your speed is within the given range, technically, there is no problem in your service.

A small correction - for H500C the promised speed is from 256 kbps up to 2 mbps.
