    Default A question!plz answer

    i use wifi on my dna-a211-i modem.as i made a thread that my ups fluctuates much and makes noise so i have an idea of solving this problem.i can use wifi on laptop and use laptop for NU and it will not make any noise.so i will use it on laptop but i want to know that if i use the same username and password on laptop then will the plan conditions remain same i mean will there be the same time of NU or NU will not be there for wifi.

    wi-fi is your internal set-up.
    Boradband user name and password is for the service from the exchange.
    As long as you are using the same phone line, you have to use the same BB user name and password only and your terms of service would also be the same.

    do you plan to skip the modem and directly insert the cable to your laptop?

    how can he skip the modem.. then he'll have to connect via dial up..

    there will be very little (negligible) difference between speeds using wireless and wired...you can use the internet on both your desktop and laptop at separate times. It is not possible to use internet simultaneously on both laptop and desktop for home plans.

    using PPPoE mode, it is definitely possible

    Remember reading somewhere about
    243 systems or so ( laptops or desktops with wLAn cards )
    can be used in Wifi mode
    within range on a single BB connection.
