| I tried the self care software, it got waiting infinitely during the " connection stage ". So I had to cancel the process. Now it takes a very large time to load the pages. It stays in " Resolving host " for a pretty good time. It is the same for Chrome and Firefox. Please help me out. |

Rep Power: 6 | The problem might be the result of stopping the installation in the middle. If you are able to install the software successfully, then you can remove it afterwards. That should reverse the changes made by the software and fix the problem. |

New users must be made aware of this, and use the application at their own risk. No question of frightening! You had also reported TROJAN by AVIRA. in this software. You disable AVIRA AV and try again. |

Rep Power: 2 | I think that the program has changed your tcp/ipv4 settings of your LAN. Check it and do the proper settings. It should resolve your problem. |
