Default BSNL BroadBand usage 1.3 Problem
For last two days,BSNL BroadBand usage 1.3 is not working. It says,
"Error Retrieving bandwidth logs,Data not available for current month"

But i can see my usage in Dataone.in
So any BSNL BroadBand usage 1.3 user face this problem. Does anyone knw solution to this problem

hI meetdilip, I am using BSNL BroadBand usage 1.3 in that link you gave. its not working and also the Quick usage Finder also not working. what is the add url for QUF. Mind is Home Combo 500C. I dont want to use that fire fox add on, since i dont like it

Problem Shaplus 1.3 usage meter.
1.Anyway BSNL - Broadband Account Management
{ is to be} discontinued from 21st August 2009
2.You can use 1.3 independent of bsnl usage portals.
Mine is Airtel ISP now.

Checking dataone usage using BBservice.bsnl.in

Update : please ignore above . except (1) Thought you are referring Shaplus 1.3.
will post details about quf version 1.3 or dquf 1.3 or earlier.

it am not able to view the sept usage for date sept 1, ;-( dnt know wots prob it shows SORRY NO RECORDS FOUND m using this cite to view usage

i feel this new system is not as good as old system coz in my earlier system it was too easy ;-) to view usage , i had the ip address to view usage

but since nw relocated to chennai , cant view current usage in portal someone pls suggest me ddear frnds ;-(

see this and try. for only users with IP 117.xx.xx.xx ( ID abcd @ bsnl.in)

If you want official check of your usage only website now
 data.bsnl.in for users with Ip 117.xx.xx.xx ( ID abcd @ bsnl.in )

The Ip address you had given is for users of IP 59.xx.xx.xx
10.240.43.216/webLogin.jsp
also 10.240.89.199,
10.240.0.195 ,
10.240.16.195
10.24.144.195
10.240.240.195

( known as dataone bb users with ID abcd @dataone.in)

FireFox browser with add on Datafox can be used.
to monitor usage,extracted from portal.
by all BSNL BB users.

Para two:
correct Ip address for @ bsnl.in users.
try BSNL Portal
or
BSNL Portal

BSNL portal is down during first week of the month due to billing purpose. Check again after 2 - 3 days.

Guys i downloaded new version beta of sunish software but non of the URL provided by the software is working, kindly advise which URL to be pasted in the admin URL to get checking usage my IP 117.XXXXX.
