I am a subscriber of Home 500 Combo Plan since February 2009. Though I have speed problems (My Speed is limited to 1 MBPS or 100 Kbps download speed) and frequent disconnections, I never had problem with excess billing until now. But this month the bill is 903 when my usual bill is 552. My usage is 1554 MB out of which 1536 is free. So the maximum amount for my bill should be 570. Nobody at my home uses the landline for more than 15-20 calls a month and so there is some error by BSNL. What should I do? I did not get the bill in hand so I dont know the details of the error. I just enquired it at a local office. Anybody else face a similar problem this month??
