    Default cannot access gmail

    i am unable to access gmail but all other sites are working fine.
    Please help

    im on Home 500C+ plan

    this is the message that appears everytime i try.

    The connection has timed out

    The server at www gmail com is taking too long to respond.

    moments.

    connection.

    May be a DNS issue. Switch to Open DNS

    I was having the same problem not so long ago, but seems to be ok now!

    Default BSNL -not able to access gmail

    Hi,

    Yes it is also one of the common problem of BSNL Broadband. All you need to do is that switch off the power of your modem then again switch on the modem. In this way, the problem can be resolved.

    1. If you have IE7 or IE8 browser try it.
    2.
    What is the present version of Firefox / Latest 3.5.2.
    install:
    Addons suggested :
    CoralIETAB and IE Lite

    3. I am using Outlook Express to send/receive emails with abcd @ gmail.com

    try to edit the host file.

    Click start>run

    C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc

    Erase all the lines after the 127.0.0.1 local host and save the file.

    this was a long time ago...thanks for all the feedback.
    im on airtel now and its smooth sailing now (not coz of the prob i mentioned BSNL resolved itself)
