You can solve it your self. I have the old to new firmware. But remember the new firmware which is the name with Nokia Siemens Networks have bug in the Port Forwarding and DMZ option. It dosenot work. No port will open in Port Forwarding rules and even in DMZ.

From which version you are upgrade to this version V55.1.04.02

Bsnl modems fimwares are available at
    http://ssss-multiplay.bsnl.co.in:808...r/firmware.zip
Using this try to upgrade or downgrade. This may solve your problem.

Before upgrading or downgrading always save current firmware Romfile Backup. It can be useful to roll back to previous firmware version.

There is no problem with this link. It is direct download link. I don't know why you cant download. Otherwise go to BSNL - Broadband Account Management then click the link to change password, you will see this link there.
