    UT-300R2U ADSL MODEM MENU
see this website. modem Hardware board is same as beetel 110Bx1.
see the first link and check how how you have connected the phones.
No parallel connection from Phone Junction to other rooms.
Use additional adsl splitters for phones.
You could have interchanged PHONE and LINE connections.

Open modem and report Mod selected SNR Attn Line speed data
    ( see under Statistics ADSL ) .
screen shot if posssible. as Jpg annexure.

    Thanks for JPG picture.
Please edit and delete the bmp picture.
Probably the Moderm port connection is
    corroded/blackened /oxidised/ high resistance
    contact etc.
    Open circuit suspected.
    Inspect the unit and replace.

    well drawn picture. congratulations.

Whatever you do NO FILTERs from
PHone Junction to modem input port Rj11
( In any other room Parallel Phone connection
use additional ADSL splitter/s for the phone )

    option 1 :
YOUR BB signal is fully blocked by the filter circuit !
Now use this to connect your phones .
two of them ! modem port and Phone port !
Connect direct to Phone Junction the modem .

    Option 2.
Get a new ADSL splitter. ( from electronic/computer shops)
    Cost . about Rs 50/=
    Option 3:
Use a two way PHONE splitter to main Phone junction.
    One to defective ADSL splitter.
    Another to modem .
    Problem should be solved.

get a new splitter. should not cost more than 60/-.
I had exactly the same problem. things are back to normal after changing the splitter.

    [/.sorry i am technically a bit dumb
You are modest. My regards to you.
None would have taken the trouble to open the box and
compare the schematic diagram with actual printed board
etching, and drawn a nice diagram to top it all.

REP+++ given. ( please confirm how many points were added . [Check userCP visited threads bottom ])
for locating fault in ADSL splitter.
BB signals almost blocked because of this fault in PCB.

    Para two;
ADSL splitter : supplied by BSNL
    China make FUNJIN. white color
Try to exchange at your Telephone Exchange,
if not easily available. in your place.
Another one I have , is marked "Ut300" black.
    no other details.

Please give feedback on the problem.
    solved or not.

Well here we go... Just as i said earlier I am dumb but the worst I am dumbest well jokes apart I made the mistake that I assumed one side of splitter to be Input and other as Output So even after repeatedly viewing the splitter box I couldn't make out what was I doing well. I was mistaking Line for phone and Phone as Line because of its location I am adding the JPG to see what mistake I was doing.

Well Finally the BSNL guy came and told me my mistake now its working absolutely fine

Thanks for all the Inputs and suggestions guyz

    Your picture seems incorrect
even earlier in the thread I missed the point )
    India Broadband Forum
ShowsParallel connection AFTER the Condenser/coils. for PHONE and Modem.

Nothing should be there to attenuate/Reduce
the BB signals from Bsnl Phone junction
NO filter required for ADSL PORT.
