    Default Very slow Upload speed..[HELP]

    I recently got this UL 1350 + connection.
    The download speed is good at 60 kBps but my UPLOAD speed is not exceeding 8kBps...
    in speed check it only shows UPLOAD speed = 64 kbps..
    I think the upload speed should be 256 kbps for my plan..
    any suggestions what all i can ensure to get proper UL speed...
