i have been using home 750+ till 16th august but on monday 17th august i changed my plan to 199.but now when i see dataone site i still see the data usage is from home ul750+ plan.is my plan still not changed?

can i use my ul750+ plan still?

and from when will my plan probably change?

Plan change happens on first week of every month. You cannot change your plan in the middle of month. Go to data.bsnl.in , " My orders ", check your current plan. If it says UL 750 +, you are free to continue.

plan cannot be changed like password/s

If you check in speedtest.net about 15 to 20MB B/W used.
Down load a small application from filehippo.com
say Ccleaner. see the d/l speed in your download manager.

If the plan is changed midway, the Bb rental may be also
charged on per day basis.
Example : approximate values .
say Aug 1st to Aug 20th Home 750 U/L BB rent Rs 500/= usage free H24.
Aug21st to aug 31st Plan 199/= limit ??? rent Rs ??
excess download beyond XXX approx will be charged.

Since you have changed your plan on 17th august. The new plan will be effective from 1st of next month i.e. 1st of September.

Small correction. Plan change need not take place on first of every month. It may delay a week from 1st or so.
