| HI, We have Netcomm adsl2,2+ router modem. Till last weel it worked fine with BSNL. I am able to enz the internet connection. But all of the sudden, it stopped to connect to internet. When i enquired about it,i came to know that BSNL changed something [no technical person there to answer Surprisingly it connected. Again we tried with my router, bad luck . I noticed we are giving username as xxxxxxx [without @dataone ] in bsnl modem configuration on windows, where are in my router previously we use to give xxxxxx@dataone . When we give without @dataone in router, it is not accepting. Some times they used word , "now bsnl changed to bridge mode, you dont have that" , as i have a little knowledge on this setup, i didnt find it is worth. Can someone please help me to resolve the problem. Surendra |
