that maybe the problem with cookies at your browser...
use a new browser.. and try back..

If your IP address is117.xx.xx.xx
you have three sets of ID and password.
Set 1 UserID Pw to log in
Set 2: 14digit portal Id and PW ( not for IP 59.xx.xx.xx)
Set 3: email Id and password. ( could be same for IP 59.xx.xx.xx)

use smra.bsnl.in and smma.bsnl.in
For western region use wmra.bsnl.in and wmma.bsnl.in

So in order to access the BSNL mail, I have to get the password from CC. My IP starts with 117.XXX.XXX.XXX and I was trying to login to BSNL Mail using BB user name n password but never succeeded. So shall the mail ID will be same as 'bb_user_name@bsnl.in' or it will be different?
email id is username@bsnl.in and password is password

It's pop.bsnl.in and smtp.bsnl.inplease give source.you have messed it up with dataone.in settings
