Default Broadband Sharing problem in bridge mode

OKay I have a UL 1350+ connection which was activated only yesterday.
    the router is WA3002G4

The connection was activated at 1pm and it worked quite well till 7pm until the power went out. After the power resumed the connection would connect but there would be no responce. I was able to ping the router however nothing else happened.

The default mode was in PPPoE however due to reasons unknown there was no responce from the router and pages wouldn't load.

Now I went to the BSNL office today and the problem was found in the PPPoE mode (not quite explained why) the JTO there and he then showed how to set the router in bridge mode (LLC/SNAP BRIDGING) under wan settings for " pppoe_0_0_35_1" service.

note: The problem might be related to this..

I wasnt present when the internet connection was set up so there was no PPPoE username or password given (How do I get them and from whom ?) By any chance was the router reset ?

Now I had to create a new connection which was to dial up the service using the userid (ws<telephone number>) and connect to the net.

The broadband is working nicely on the PC1 on the LAN. however when i do the same thing for PC2, it says the "phone line is busy"

I suspect that this connection method doesnt support multiple pc's.

any help on how to share the connection in this method would be appreciated.

You can get your username and password from your local exchange, they keep it in their record, a phone call can do the work. Ask for

    1. Username
    2. Connection password
    3. Portal ID
    4. Portal password
    5. Email ID.

EDIT thank you very much ! I reverted the connection back to the PPPoE mode and its working excellent now !

The PPPoE username and password were somehow reverted to the dummy values hence the connection was not working

I have a bridge mode connection, it is already configured in XP..... it requires a username and password to coonect and when the connection is taking place it shows msgs like...
    connecting through WAN miniport(PPPoE)...
    verifying user name and password....
registering your computer on the network...
    everything is ok upto this...
but i have RHEL5 installed on my machine... and i want to surf the net from there.... please give me suggestion... please tell me the process in details... its urgent.
