    Type BSNL Portal
    h t t p://data.bsnl.in ( *without space)
    opening alright.
You need/ or have three sets.
1..USERID and PW to connect to Internet.
    2. A 14 digit ID and PW default Password. ( ask exchange)
    3. email ID and PW. (from exchange)

    Para two:
    bbservice.bsnl.in website closed.
Presume you are using "Dialer" mode to connect.
    Mention your modem model make.

    feedback.

If the portal is not working, the only way is do it with the help of customer care. Make repeated calls and seek help.

this is the solution to this problem
take the mobile number of the SDO of your local exchange
make repeated calls to him even if he does not pick your phone ( even on sundays )

thats how i got my password reset ( there was nothing like reset done my password was not working and was giving error 691 incorrect username and password and now it is connecting with the same password :thumbup1

as for BSNL people they even dont know that passwords can be changed from data.bsnl.in using ur portal id
