Hello I am new to this forum and BSNL Broadband.

Internet Connection: BSNL BB
Modem : C2110
Plan : Home 500 C Plus
Operating System: Windows Xp Service Pack 2

Problem : Unable to Connect http//192.168.1.1 , Limited Or No Connectivity And Internet Is not get Connected.


I have Purchased Used modem from one of my friend. He has changed it configuration. and now it is not working. Could anyone tell me how to reconfigure it..

For BSNL VPI/VCI 0 and 35 .
1.If you select "Bridged" use a dialer in computer.

2. If "Always On" pppoA/PPPoE or ppp/pppoE
enter userID witrhout @ bsnl.in. in modem wan page.
( Probably your friend's ID is entered Check )

I have assigned IP manually and the Limited or no Connectivity Problem was SOLVED. But Iam Unable to connect to 192.168.1.1 to configure the modem.

could you please tell me the Steps to reset Nokia Simens C2110 Modem....

Use the RESET Button available on the modem when it is powered on, press it for seconds until the LED's start getting off, then try to connect 192.168.1.1.

Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all, please post the screen shot.
