    Question security in netgear adsl2+ modem router

    i am using netgear DG834g modem router and my os is vista home basic
    and i want to secur my modem in WAP-802.1x
    plz any one help me to acess my net in that security
    that means how to configer my laptop
    plz tell me step by step configertion
