dear sir my net connection was given on 14th of august and my net usage is of 1.8 gb.at the end of the month i used only 0.8 gb .so i want u ask u whether the remaing 1gb will be added to the next month(september) or not plz reply to my query. thank u

all billing is done on calender month basis.
the unused free usage can not be carried forward.
in future please indicate specific details like the plan name.

Billing cycle starts on 1st of every month. Previous balance is not carried forward.

Your remaining balance won't ever be carried forward Sameena!!!!! It's the free limit we get to utilise in one calender month of 30 days, starting from each month's 1st day untill only the last day (28, 30 or 31) of that particular month!!!!!!!!

Also please mention your plan type next time. Be careful with this BSNL regarding your download limits & check your net usage details on a regular basis!!!!!!
