Thumbs up WA3002G4 to Macintosh - Success

Well guys, I was struggling to access wifi net from my Macbook last 4 days. I have WA3002G4 modem (router). I am sure so many of you are goin through the same. Well, I just tell what I did and got success. May be helpful for some.

Initial problem: Airport was on but cannot access net.

Solution: Just configure the modem in PPPoE mode. Well, for that U just follow the step by step instructions threads already posted by experts. Not going to use the space here.

Next. Come to Mac. Go to Network preferences --> Click Airport (which is already green-connected) --> Ensure the network name is right, click advanced --> Select the network--> click TCP/IP--> Choose configure IPv4 as DHCP, configure IPv6 as automatic--> click OK--> Apply. Wait for 10 to 15 secs and Njoy the Net.

Hope it is helpful for some.

Its the Wireless Icon name which is called in Macintosh (Mac) through which wireless signal is received. :gunsmilie:
