Rep Power: 0  |  PPPoE Connection Not Working in C2110 Modem Hi, The PPPoE connection has all o fa sudden stopped working in the Type I modem that BSNL supplied. The model is : Nokia Siemens C2110. It was working all fine until few days back the same stopped. Now if I configure the PPPoE connection the modem is taking it up perfect. When the modem and system is restarted all the lights in the modem are steady ( including the data light ) and no data transfer is made. Previously the data light on the modem used to blink when there was any transfer of data. Currently I am using Bridged connection, which is slow and I need the always on feature that was there in PPPoE connection. Can anyone help me to fix the issue. |

Rep Power: 0 | PPPoE Connection Not Working in C2110 Modem Hi, Thanks for the response. The URL is not opening. I certainly need the always on mode to work which is only available in PPPoE mode. When I change the settings in the modem page ( 192.168.1.1) it takes up the settings OK. The data light is constant and it does not blink and transfer data. This is what I need to resolve. This started all of a sudden, when the PPPoE was working fine. |

C2110 dataone modam configuration(BSNL Broadband) If Are you getting connected to Internet / But unable to access modem settings pages ? check your IP Port Status Tool - By PcWinTech.com say 117.45.56.67 ( Not real ) type it in address bar. Rep Power: 0 | PPPoE Connection Not Working in C2110 Modem Hi, I can access the modem page and I can configure the PPPoE coonection too. The problem is that its not transferring any data after I configure the PPPoE with the "Always On" and "Obtain IP Address Automatically". The data light on the modem is solid green which used to blink prior to the problem when it was working fine. Please help. |
