New page opens type ipconfig /all Post data here. The default gateway is your modem's ( usually 192.168.1.1 ) admin Password as password. Now try to open modem's settings. Recheck cables and connections. Check the Diagnostics page and report. This link gives you full idea how to configure the router. ( same hardware board and modem settings pages ) confirm REF:http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...reference.html (UTSTAR WA3002-G4 quick reference)

Rep Power: 12 | Whether your modem works or not the LAN or wireless lan network must show. Quote:
The reset switch ( access hole) normally between Antenna and power socket. Or see bottom near right side leg. a small round hole. ( rest square as air vents) press with a ballpen refill for about 20 to 30 seconds to restore factory defaults. feedback.

Rep Power: 12 | @napster5787. Congrats. kindly confirm whether the reset access was in the rear or at the bottom of the modem/router. 2. Hope you can save present settings of the router for future reference. .For wireless security use WPA keys. 4. Also follow this procedure Start RUN type cmd Ok New Window opens type Ipconfig /all for both Desktop and laptop. 5 If you wish you can post the data here for reference at a later date. and as guidance to others.
