Thread: Not Able to Connect Nortel VPN through BSNL Broadband in PPPOE mode(DNA-A211-I)

HI

I am using BSNL Broadband,

Modem Type : DNA-A211-I. And modem is configured in PPPOE Mode. But when I try to connect to Server through VPN it is giving some error : " Login Failed due to : remote host not responding ".

Nut when I configure my modem in Bridging VPN is working Fine.

I am using VPN Nortel Contivity VPN Client.

But I called up BSNL Custoemr Care they are saying VPN is not their fault contact System Administrator.

Please can anyone helpme to sort this out......!

Have you tried port forwarding under
Advanced options
NAT virtual server or Port triggering.
In Dialer Mode ( "Bridged") all ports are open.
