Thread: Bsnl connection problem

Hello sir.
I am using bsnl Broadband connection. But i have a problem.

The problem is following.
I have BSNL broadband connection. BSNL has provided UT-300R2U modem. Problem is, connection works for 5-10 mins and connection gets freezed. I need to pull out power cable from modem and reconnect. Again it works for 5-10 mins. Is there any way I can stop my connection and re-sale or return modem and get refund for same.


Please help me sir.

If modem has been purchased from BSNL outright,
you can get it replaced outright within a year of
purchase.
If on rental BSNL will replace the modem any time.

How do you connect to Internet ?
"Dialer" "Bridged" mode ( enter Userid and PW in computer window )
"Always On" PPP/PPPoE mode ( UserID and PW entered in modem )
