Default poor download speed please help

I have been using Dataone HUL750 plan for the past 2 years, Initially i used the seimens 2112 DSL Modem, and the down load speed used to be around 24-30 KB/s ( from Rapidshare). I had to change the modem and I now am using the Nokia seimens router with a "always on" connection, Now my download speeds are very low . When i download any file speed does not go beyond 8 - 9 KB/s. I am really frustarted please help.

Attached is some sreen shots :

Try Speedtest.net - The Global Broadband Speed Test and check the speed.

Earlier you where in Bridge Mode in which all ports are open, in always on that is PPPoE Mode you have to open ports manually.

No Matter What you try, you wont get speed above 30 KB/s.
best way is format your PC and then try.
