You will get your portal id and password from your telephone exchange. Just ask them. Also you will get your email id and its password from them.

Make a call to your local exchange. They keep it in their records. Ask for

1. User name and Password
2. Portal ID and password
3. Email ID and Password

call up to ur local exchange.........i also got it from there too..........

make a complaint to 198. when they call u back, ask them 4 portal id
OR
call 1500 and ask....
