Thread: Perplexing Broadband Billing

As you can see between 12/9 and 13/9 i had used the net from around 6pm to 8am and later but the usage is not shown..!! I hope they wont add up the usage later as whole including my free night usage time I would hate such a surprise..!!!

And on 14/9 between 12 and 2 it is showing such high usage even though my comp was switched off from 9:23PM....!!! Why am i charged. And that too why only after 12:12am???

Log a complaint in writing to the Billing department. Take two copies and get a rcvd. signature on your copy.

i havent being that much cautious. BTW do u keep ur own log in details.

and i humbly suggest u always log off at 1.59pm and again log in at 2.01.

I was not changed once when i had used net extensively and charged once when i havn't used...

How much do you guys get charged when your comp is OFF but modem ON, i.e your ethernet ON but internet OFF??
