i was informed that they have changed the server that calculates usage recently, that probably explains the screw ups... as dilip said a written complaint seems to be the solution.. talk to higher authorities IMO, they are much more knowledgeable and understanding. At the end of the day though, u will need to give a written complaint. P.S:- Please edit the picture, darken account no. and email, just to be on the safe side.. | |

Rep Power: 2 | From your screenshot I see at 7:20 am to 8:21 am the total download and upload 793MB which is = 0 and from 8:21 am to 10:20 am which is not free time total upload and download = 1.47GB which is = 1.47GB because this is not free time. I calculate your total data transfer from your screenshot from 2:02 am to 8:21 am and it's shows me you download 827MB, mean you download at free usges time 827MB. But you say the free uages time data transfer add to your account from 8:21 am to 10:20 am. But this time 8:21 am to 10:20 am shows the data transfer of 1.47GB not the free time uages data transfer of 827MB. Are you sure you dont download 8:21 am to 10:20 am which is not free time. |

Rep Power: 1 | The screenshot clearly indicates that from 8:21AM to 10:20 AM, there is a usage of 1473662 KB. and this is not free time, so you have been charged for this usage. Now what is your question? Are you saying that your computer was off and usage recorded is wrong. In that case, you'll get help after written complaint of hacking but it will take a long time and you'll have to visit any people during the process. Though, the first thing they'll say is that these accounts can't be hacked any longer. Is there any other problem? |

If you say your computer was off during this period then the only possibility is that your broadband connection was hacked. But BSNL broadband connections are port bound then how any one can hack it ? Please check whether it is not port bound. For that from somebody else's computer try to connect using your own user id and password. If you are able to connect then it is the problem. For this you can apply in your local exchange to make your connection port bound. and if you are using wireless modem then make your connection secure. Thats all. Rep Power: 2 | mohdirfanz free time you dont get chaged and not free time you get charged. I dont see any problem in your screenshot. But you say your computer was off at 7 am to 8:21 am. Make it sure it was off. If your computer was off how the uages portal say you are log in at that time. This is not possible that you dont log in but the usges portal say you are log in and shows the data transfer. Dont think your account was hack. You say you are in bridge mode. Not possible to hack your user id and password from bridge mode. |
