    just a moment back...
    my private wireman came in...
    he then....removed very old & damaged part of BSNL telephone line

    now...back to online...
    i am posting the speedster result in a moment
    and hoping it'll be ok

    Your speeds have improved considerable. But why are you posting pics using tinypic? You can post using "Forum Link" provided in the speedtest.net page.

    2. The BBCode will be copied to clipboard
    3. Come back here and just paste the content.

    It seems to be a line problem. Speed you get is good now. May be there are other areas that need replacement too. Did you tried TCP/IP optimizer ? Also check the SNR and attenuation values. Request a line change if required.

    Help please.....

    i couldn't able to locate/find SNR & attention
    where they are

    but i got all this.....
    After going to 192.168.1.1 while net-connection is ON

    First page i got



    then clicking Diagnostics.. then clicking "Test" button
    got this




    Clicking Advace Setup then WAN
    got this



    and....in Advance Setup...DSL settings are...




    and where are SNR , Attention values

    please help

    Go to 192.168.1.1

    Click on Device Info > Statistics > ADSL

    Statistics -- ADSL page you will find the SNR, Attenuation.

    Your attenuation seems a bit high. It is ok but not perfect. How far are you from the exchange ?

    At my earlier home which is just half kilometer from the main Telephone-Bhavan
    ,where i got 100 kb/s average downloading speed which is enough & pretty-high,

    but now in heart of city area, away from main-Bhavan 5 kilometers
    that shouldn't be much worry about...
    but getting the downloading speed 20 kb/s


    any suggestions please.....

    i'll be really really Thankful
