Sorry for my Ignorance, I have read many threads in here that explains the process of allowing user to download between 2-8 i.e. unlimited period. But I haven't found a perfect solution for this problem.
Let me tell you about my PC.
I'm using Windows XP and I don't have any Schedulers or automatic Internet connectors. So I have to install some kind of software to connect to internet after 2 am and shutdown the system before 8 am. I need to know such kind of software which Connects to internet at a scheduled time. Can anyone tell me about such kind of software? If possible, give me the download link. Thank you.

The Broadband Scheduler here is a good one but I have to manually connect to the internet. Instead is there any software that takes the username and password for the BSNL connection and automatically connects to the Internet at the scheduled time?

Please mention your modem model/make.
How do you connect now to Internet ?
Using a Dialer( Bridged Miniwanport)
by entering a user window in the computer, where you enter your User ID and password ?
Or
"Always On " PPP/PPPoE mode, where bsnluserID and password are entered
in the WAN page of modem, and you get connected automatically
.
Try the applications, suggested here in day time,
and ensure that application is functioning
correctly.
If not give more details and the application selected.
