Rep Power: 2 |  hi to all, 1.> let me tell that bsnl 500c plan is not having unlimited downloading ,now the users with this plan is having free downloading at night so at that time it will rise to 100kbps and much greater speed but with unlimited downloading plan the the speed will not shoot more than 30kbps in bsnl actually they have to balance the users according to plan. 2.> the torrents depends on many factors for speed like your ports are open or not whether the trackers are enough for downloading . |
