    Default WA3002G4 as a ROUTER...Configuration needed...?

    Hello all,

    I have WA3002G4 modem. I have Purchased it from BSNL for internet next. Oct-2009 onwards i am disconnecting internet. i want to use UTSTAR COM WA3002G4 BSNL modem as a ROUTER. I have a Laptop and 2 desktops and I am not going to connect them to the internet. Could anybody tell me how to configure modem for Local Area Network

    Present Iam connecting to the Internet through bridging mode.
    I have attached a diagram to give overview of the type of the LAN i want to establish.

    see the link and select which ever guide
    you find,suitable. add to bookmarks.

    use "Always On" mode ppp/PPPoE ( Not "bridged" dialer Mode )

    enable DHCP in modem.
    IN all computers tcp/ip select "obtain Ip address automatically"
