Rep Power: 1  |  internet disconnecting on my compter hi... recently i had formatted my computer and i have installed a realtek lan driver.. after that when i connect to internet it works fr sometime... but after 10-15 mins suddenly my browser cannot browse anything bt i stay connected to the internet... bt when i connect to the same connection through my laptop there is no problem... plz help me..nd tell me whether i need to make any changes in my driver or anything.. |

Rep Power: 12  | Always mention modem/router model and make in all posts. Since you are getting connected to Internet in LAN mode, and browser freezes compare these data with laptop. Procedure START Network / LAN or WLAN Properties Network ( wireless ) settings select TCP/IP properties. see the DNS entries. 2. Post SNR/Attn/ Mod selected d/l U/L of your router. 3. Check with a different browser/ K-meleon or Opera 4. Disable all unneeded applications (other than AV and Firewall programs ) 5.Download Ccleaner from filehippo.com and clear temp files /cache history etc. 6.When you loose Internet connection Procedure: Start/ Network/ LAN select status/repair option What is the error message you get ?
