Question plz solve my problem

i cannot check my internet usage. whenever i type the URL 10.240.43.216 , it redirects me to india broadband forum... CAN ANY ONE PLZ SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO?

I have 3 BSNL 700 business plan in my office, earlier I could use any one of them on any line. Of late it is not possible....As a result two of the my connections are under utilized, while one connection get over billed. Now the connection works only on the specified telephone line....Can u suggest a way, so that I can use the connections alternative on any of of the three telephone lines ???

Hey guys, does the option of password changes, viewing of usage actually works ??

Also, I have a modem of Siemens make. C2110. It has two ports. Ethernet & USB. Ethernet does not work. Not very sure why ? Logged a called, and even God doesnot know when I will get a solution to that.

Wonder how a company be such unprofessional.

my friend got same modem.first check your computer ethernet port.try connecting it to another computer using lan or if that's not possible try to connect your modem with someone else's computer/laptop & see if the PC/USB light is alright.it may be possible that problem is with your computer's lan port.

Or take the modem at some friends place and try connecting to his/her computer using the Ethernet port to make sure your computer is fine.
