Thread: net connection is not available

my plan is BSNL 750 unlimited
for last 3 days my net is not connecting
all the lights are up in modem
wat to do?
modem model is ITI DNA-A211-1

2. Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

Please check your username & password in modem/router Advanced Setup > WAN

do post a screenshot of the main page of 192.168.1.1 and under device info->WAN
