Hey hello frnd i m using home 500 but from last week i m getting max 30 kbps and i m not being charged for extra download....

No never i think my plan is automatically changed to UL but when i asked they said it is same home 500...

if bsnl introduce these plans ,i guess they gonna loose lot of business

they r supposed to make broadband cheaper and user friendly but they r going opposite way

other thing

h500 is changed to bb 500 which is not mentioned in here,i dont think they wud scrap this plan as this plan is subscribed by most of the bsnl broadband users

i dont find any reason why bsnl broadband users shud be happy after watching these plans

Go to data.bsnl.in, under my orders, enter your phone no in the prescribed format and check your current plan.

My plan is changed automatically from Home 500 to BB 500. Is the new plan going to affect night unlimited download ? What are the changes in this new plan except the name ?
