Unable to connect to internet

Rep Power: 1   |  Unable to connect to internet I am using BSNL Combo 500 plan and my modem is "UT starcom 300R2U"/ I am not able to connect the internet using my account username & password. It displays an error saying that: "Error 691: Access is denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain" I am able to change my password through bsnl portal but cannot connect to internet. But i am able to connect through my friend's account.  |

Rep Power: 12 | Fine. Your telephone line : Your modem: Your friends UserID Your friends Password You can connect to Internet . How ? In Dialer Mode ( "Bridged" wanminiport) you enter your friend's ID and PW in a window in computer. or Entered Your friend's UserID and Password in the WAN page of Your modem ??? Rep Power: 2 | Delete cookies and temporary files. Delete the dialer and create new one. Enter your id and password correctly. Try again. |

Rep Power: 1 | Hi friend my problem has been resolved I got it right from BSNL Service Centre. Actually, once i logged into my account from my friend's line. So there was some problem with my account.  So, never log-in to your account from any other location. |
