    Default Cannot access European websites(gateway 117.198.96.1)

    I'm using BSNL DSL broadband. The gateway is 117.198.96.1 I cannot access following european sites. They don't reply for ping also.
    guardian.co.uk
    bbc.co.uk
    dw-world.de

    Even US sites load very slowly

    I'm expericinng this since 10 am

    Change gateway to 192.168.1.1
