Default not able to login through my account

i recently had a bsnl connectn.the modem allotted to me was model DNA-A211-I manufactured by ITI. the dsl indicator in the modem used to blink frequently. after many alterations in the line by the line man, the indicator finally became steady when another modem( model no WA 3002G4) ws installed.however now iam not able to login. the dialler throws the error "Error 691: Access is denied because the username and/or password was invalid on the domain". is this because the modem was chnged? i used to get connectvty thru prev modem bt d link used to break very frequently. and error 691 is the prob wid new modem.

someybody please help.

Call customer care(1500/1504/12678) to reset your password & then login again after 10-15 min.

could the change of modem have caused the login error? does our login details get stored in the modm?

Sometimes there might be a problem with your account.
So in this situation you must contact BSNL cust care.

As far as you modem is concerned, username and password is stored in WAN page only if you are not using bridged mode.(you are probably using other one)
