Rep Power: 1  |  BLuetooth and Internet COnnection hello everybody, I have a very peculiar problem ,rather I want to pull off a trick. I've recently bought a Nokia 5130 XpressMusic. I also have a BSNL BB (home 500C+)connection. My modem is Nokia Siemens SL2_141 (or more correctly,Siemens SL2_141). I also have a pc (ofcourse) and a USB Bluetooth dongle. What I want to do is to share my internet connection,i.e. BB, between my PC and my cell phone via the Bluetooth link between them. I just want to know how I can make it possible. I know that internet connection sharing is not possible unless the device/mobie/pc is under my pc that is directly connected to my modem. I've turned on Internet Connection Sharing...but thats possible only in Bridge mode, not PPPoE mode.(er,correct me on this if I'm wrong) Can anybody help me out on how to make this possible in both the cases, i.e., Bridge and PPPoE. ? Also, pls recommend any software that might be required for this (freeware if possible). I'll need a detailed tutorial on how to do this....coz I've been bangin' my head with the keyboard since the last 6 days. Thanks in advance for your help. |

Rep Power: 2 |  Gnubox is the software you need to share your bb connection with your mobile. Google for the software for your perticular mobile model and for how to do. It is rather complicated. You will have to do it on try and error basis. |

Rep Power: 1 | thanx vijay for the help. Gnubox is a good software. however, It wont work in my case because its only for S60 5th Edition platform. Nokia 5130 XpressMusic is a S40 3rd Edition platform. Anyway, thanx. I've tried searching for such things (another great on is Mobiola Webcam,just check it out 4 fun) too and had failed. |
