I have bsnl broad band connection, using mt840 router, the router configured and was put to use for almost about 100+ users but after 10 days during the days hours either the router does not ping or m/c in n/w do not ping, I have changed the router too but can not access the connection in smooth fashion. It works for some time, can not finalise whether it is router, bsnl or switch proble. the switch is 3300 3com purchased in 2000 [managed switch]. Also please do goude about exact configurations in routers wit brief explainations...
