This is not true.
i use cordless phone.. then i dont see any decrease in speed .. just check for SNR/CRC in the modem when ur using the Cordless.. if any it might be due to faulty wiring /cordless phone
Even I use cordless phone and there is no decrease in speed, because once it goes through splitter, it should not matter whether phone is cordless or corded one.
A broadband officer told me:-it may not decrease your speed unless and until you use a parallel line. ...
do you use that?
If you have got both the parallel lines plugged after the filter there should not be any interference at all and no loss of speed.
If the physical setup of broadband is fine then it should not give you any problem on wired connection but if you talk about wireless connection then it may reduce speed (only if cordless signal is affecting wireless signal of broadband)
well i thought its true because i am not getting good speed in 500c+.
just about 100KBps.....sometimes gets to 150KBps.
