Rep Power: 4 |  It is illegal. If found out, you get a huge bill. The amount will be what they feel reasonable. |

Rep Power: 4 | Even if you use your friend's ID and password, your modem's Mac ID is recorded. It can be found out easily. I do not know how often they check. Everything depends on luck. |

Rep Power: 4 | It seems your line is not port binded. Most 117 IPs are port binded. It will be wise to give a port binding request. Otherwise anyone who use your ID and password can connect from their modem. |
