    Default not opening "bbservice.bsnl.in"

    hi.. to all

    i am new to this forum and to bsnl broadband

    i am unable to change my password and check my usage details...........

    dataone.in website is not accepting my id and password ... its displaying as "you dont have permission to access this server"...

    please help me out ....

    how to check my usage details and how to change password...

    Welcome to www.IndiaBroadband.net

    We get loads of visitors every day with this very problem and as far as I know Bsnl has more then one portal and they dont have a common database so I suppose you are not trying the one that is meant for you... Ask Bsnl broadband customer care to give you your portal address where your user id and password would work and you would be able to change your password as well there.

    (I might be wrong)

    http://bbservice.bsnl.in site is no longer available and the login box in http://dataone.in website is for accessing email account if you have a dataone mail account. To check usage and change password, go to http://www.data.bsnl.in.

    Go to data.bsnl.in, log in using your 14 digit portal ID and password. Password is usually password. If nothing is working, request for a password reset or try again after some time. Also clear the private data from the browser and try.

    they gave me a 10digit portal id.........

    what about this 14digit id.........

    how to get it........

    is there any other way to check my usage,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,?

    Substitute your consumer number. ( in your telephone bill ) for "12345678"
    http without space.

    14digit Usage portal ID obtain from Exchange.
    example abc12345072009 PW : password

    what is this consumer no.......
    is it my telephone no.......

    if its so then it is also not working.......
    any no. to contact those bsnl....

    Consumer number is different from your telephone number.
    If you are having a new telephone connection wait for the first bill.

    Make a call to your local exchange and ask for

    1. 14 digit Portal ID
    2. Portal Password

    They keep it in their records. It only take a few minutes to retrieve it.

    this is working fine

    i used to check usage using data.bsnl.in but that service has been stopped. plz give help to resolve it
