Rep Power: 1  |  not opening "bbservice.bsnl.in" hi.. to all i am new to this forum and to bsnl broadband i am unable to change my password and check my usage details........... dataone.in website is not accepting my id and password ... its displaying as "you dont have permission to access this server"... please help me out .... how to check my usage details and how to change password... |

Rep Power: 12 | Welcome to www.IndiaBroadband.net We get loads of visitors every day with this very problem and as far as I know Bsnl has more then one portal and they dont have a common database so I suppose you are not trying the one that is meant for you... Ask Bsnl broadband customer care to give you your portal address where your user id and password would work and you would be able to change your password as well there. (I might be wrong) |
